15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
3 large eggs
3 TBAP coconut oil
¾ cup xylitol
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
½ cup chocolate chips
Preparation:
1. Preheat Oven to 350, Spray 8×8 inch cooking pan
2. Place Black Beans in food Processor; process until smooth and creamy
3. Add all ingredients except chocolate chips, pulse until creamy
4. Add Chips, pulse a few times until chips are broken up a bit
5. Pour batter into pan, sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips
6. Bake for 30 to 35 min, cool in pan before serving



Hi! What does TBAP mean next to coconut oil? And could I use 100% cacao cocoa powder, or is that too bitter? Thanks!
